Spanish Army Emblems

The emblem is made of a golden eagle with its wings spread and lifted high, its tail spread, looking ahead, head in profile looking right, beak open and tongue out, carrying the gules cross of Saint James with the arms in fleurs-de-lys, closed royal crown, as described in Law 33/1981 of 5th October on the Spanish coat of arms.

Finally, some degrees or the belonging of certain units, require the use of a specific emblem.
