Within the agenda of periodic meetings by the Minister of Defence, Mr. Pedro Morenés, with the Army, this afternoon he has visited Army Headquarters, where he has been received by the Chief of the Army Staff, General Fulgencio Coll.
 

After receiving official honours by a King’s Immemorial 1st Infantry Regiment company in 1908 uniform, the minister and the Chief of the Army Staff have held a private meeting, to later attend a working meeting with the generals in charge of the main Army areas: Personnel, Logistics, Telecommunications, Economic Affairs and the Staff itself.  At the meeting the Minister has received exhaustive information of the current situation of the Army: preparation of the Force, sustainment, principal materiel and its most outstanding challenges.
