A media mobile training team from Joint Warfare Center (JWC) trained HQ NRDC-ESP HQ personnel.

From 24th to 25th of march, a media mobile training team from JWC (Stavanger, Norway) has been in Betera performing a MEDIA engagement training to the staff.  
The main part of that training has been the MEDIA engagement that has been done to prepare the designated spokespersons of all the branches. Spokesperson from logistic, funding, fire coordination, medical, operations, air and maritime issues faced each one two different interview situations.
Although the main responsibility in terms of communication belongs to the PAO, it canot be ruled out that some key officers of the different functional areas have to engage with the media, and that is the reason of that training: to be sure that all the branches are able to communicate if required.
Appart form that, this Training Team provided a lecture to the whole headquarters the first day of the BST. The aim was to give some advice of how face different types of MEDIA engamentes (recorded interviews, remote interviews….)
Finally, the PAO officers receive an specific traioning package on how to manage social media in real operations and particularly in exercise TRIDENT JAGUAR 14.
