HQ NRDC-ESP Deploys to Menorca
Trident Jaguar 2014 (TRJR 14) deployment phase started on the 5th of April with the projection of an initial team of 15 people to Menorca to prepare the arrival of the following units and equipment deemed to set up the JTF command post in San Isidro Base.
The Spanish Army Ship “El Camino Español” departed from Valencia on the 8th and will arrive in Mahon Seaport facilities on the 10th of April carrying 111 containers and 71 vehicles on board.
A second ship, Martin Posadillo, is expected to get to Mahon on Monday with personnel and equipment from the Support Battalion and the signal Brigade.
