The Cardenal Herrera University (CEU) and the HQ NRDC-ESP in Valencia reached a collaboration agreement today to promote and enhance the investigation, formation and dissemination of the Culture of Defense,
The CEU rector, Rosa Visiedo, and the Lieutenant General Rafael Comas, HQ NRDC-ESP Commander, signed the agreement betwwen both organizations.The collaboration between the University and HQ NRDC-ESP started more than 3 years ago. Both organizations have already arranged several activities such as seminars and working groups. CEU also contributes with civilian experts to the different exercises and training activities in which HQ NRDC-ESP is involved. By providing civilian subject matter experts, CEU contributes to go further in the implementation of the “Comprehensive Approach” for Operations implemented by HQ NRDC-ESP..
