Armoured Vehicles Museum

From January 2015, weekend visits are being organised again.

The Armoured Vehicles Museum of the Army (MUMA in its Spanish acronym) can be visited at the military base “El Goloso”, headquarters of the 12th Armoured Infantry Brigade “Guadarrama”.

Its location requires security measures and access restrictions which we hope our visitors will understand.
 

Dates and times to visit MUMA:

Guided tours take place on Saturdays and include MUMA’s inner hall. Visitors are given an in-depth talk about the evolution of the materiel and its use in the Spanish Army. Opening times: 10:00 to 14:00.
January: 30.
February: 27.
March: 12.
April: 30.
May: 28.
June: 25.
July: 30.
August: Closed for maintenance.
September: 24.
October: 29.
November: 26.
December: 17.

Business days by appointment from the Communications Office G-9, 10:00 to 14:00. The list does not include the days in which the Museum opens for unit events and ceremonies (Patron Saint of the Artillery Corps, Doors Open Day, Regiment Day, etc.). Information provided by the Communications Office G-9.

Visits can be arranged on other dates for large groups (more than 20 people), educational establishments and institutions.

- Date of the visit (from those on offer above).
- Name and ID number of the applicants.
- Make, model and number plate of the vehicle(s) in which they will be arriving.
- Name, telephone number and e-mail of the person responsible for the group.
- Association the applicants belong to (if any).
