The Transfer of Authority of the Coastal Artillery Group I/4 (GACTA I/4) took place on Friday, September 9 at the Camposoto Barracks. Presided over by the Colonel Chief of RACTA 4, it began at 12:00, following the sequence established for this type of ceremony.
