The 10th Legion Battalion Concludes its Combat Training in Urban Areas

10th Battalion of 4th Legion Regiment ‘Alejandro Farnesio’ completed, from 18th to 27th May, the combat in urban areas training phase that they had been undertaking during the first half of the year.  Exercise ‘Task Force Málaga’, beta type, has had as its scenario the former mining town of Alquife, situated in the Guadix region and the Marquisate, in Granada.
 

During the final phase of these manoeuvres an offensive theme in localities has been undertaken in which the Battalion has had participation a Legion Brigade Field Artillery Group liaison detachment and a Legion Brigade Sapper Battalion Sapper Platoon with an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team. 
 

In the exercise a platoon from the Legion Cavalry group also participated, by materialising the opposition force and carrying out the simulation of incidents that were posed to the acting force.
