One thousand trees have found a new home: the surrounding area of the 30th Mixed Artillery Regiment’s base in Ceuta and this has been found for them by precisely this unit’s servicepersons.

Its personnel, on 21st and 22nd November, carried out reforestation tasks by planting cork oaks, holm oaks and strawberry trees in the areas of Aranguren and García Aldave –members of the Anti-aircraft Artillery Group-, and in the area of Benzú –members of the Field Artillery Group-.

This initiative is a new example of the Army’s commitment with conservation of the Environment and of its preoccupation for the respect of natural habitat.
