A PRIVATE IS KILLED AT THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS AND MOUNTAIN MILITARY SCHOOL

Private Iván Castiello Medina, 27 years of age and posted to the Special Operations and Mountain Military School, died in the early hours of this morning as the result of an attack with a sharp weapon on Base “San Bernardo” in Jaca, headquarters of this school.

Around 2:30 a.m. an argument took place between the deceased and his alleged assailant, Private D.A.G., who was arrested and taken into custody. The wounded man was taken to hospital in Jaca, where he passed away.

Mr. Iván Castiello Medina had joined the Armed Forces in April 2007 and had been posted to the Special Operations and Mountain Military School since January 2008.
