Celebration of the Festivity of Saint James Apostol On 25th July last, on the “Mostar-España” Detachment (Bosnia-Herzegovina) the Festivity of Saint James Apostol, Patron Saint of Spain and the Cavalry Arm, was celebrated. The ceremony was presided over by General ARE Francisco Arenas Cano. Upon his arrival on the Detachmen he was received by the Colonel Commander of the Spanish Task Force, Mr. Blas Piñar Gutiérrez, and after reviewing the formation he addressed all those attending, as the most senior member of the Cavarly Arm in the Area of Operations. Then, Tribute was paid to those who have given their lives for Spain, followed by singing the Cavalry Hymn.The Ceremony concluded with a brilliant parade by all participants.
