The bulk of troops was drawn from the 12th Armoured Brigade with the Mechanized Infantry Units supplying the rest, making up a total force of 1,250 people.

Of special importance during its presence were control of the border with Montenegro, resettlement security for displaced peoples in the Stolac-Caplijna region and support to the IPTF in the Stolac police station audit.
