The “Teniente Coronel González Tablas” Sports Club, in collaboration with the Instituto Ceutí de Deportes (Ceuta Sports Institute), is once again organizing the Civil–Military Race “Desafío de los 300.” Its 9th edition will be held in Ceuta on Saturday, April 11, and will pass through some of the city’s most iconic landmarks — including the spectacular swim across the Foso Real.

This demanding race, which combines physical endurance, personal resilience, and teamwork through a variety of physical and technical challenges — including casualty drag, monkey bars, grenade throwing, load carrying, strength circuits, and water obstacles — aims this year to reach 1,000 runners, exceed 150 participants from mainland Spain, and increase female participation to 30%.

This demanding competition will feature two team categories, with the option of individual registration: “Standard” (14 km), for three-person teams with 31 obstacles, and “Sprint” (6 km), for two-person teams with 18 obstacles.

The event will provide medical support throughout the entire course, safety boats in the water sections, individual medical insurance, and refreshment stations.
