The traditional “Ebro Race,” organised by the “Aragón” I Brigade, will hold its 18th edition on 15 February in Zaragoza.
The race will consist of three different events and two courses: one for the 25-kilometre “Trail” category, and a common course of 13 kilometres for the “Popular” and “Andada” categories.
Up to 4,000 participants can register until 11 February inclusive, through the website www.carreradelebro.org , where all information about the event is also available —registrations will close on Thursday, 12 February 2026 at 14:00, or once the available slots are filled—.
The objectives of the race are to strengthen the ties between civil society and the Armed Forces, as well as to raise funds for charitable projects, either in areas where the “Aragón” I Brigade is deployed on international missions or within national territory —specifically, funds raised last year were allocated to support charitable projects managed by Cáritas Castrense—.
