Exhibition to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the corporal ''first class''

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the restoration of the rank of corporal "first class". An exhibition has been organised to pay tribute to all those who have held that grade. It can be viewed in the temporary exhibitions rooms of the History and Military Culture Centre in the Canary Islands until 11 July.
The retrospective includes documents which chronicle the way of life of the first soldiers promoted to that grade, examination records, the first course manuals, personal identification documents, decorations, uniforms and photographs from different periods.
