Introduction
The Training & Indoctrination Command (known by its Spanish acronym, MADOC) is under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Army Staff and runs all Army matters relative to Instruction Support, specifically Education, Training, Drilling and Assessment of Units, as well as Research, Doctrine, Structure & Equipment.
MADOC reports to the General Directorate of Recruitment & Military Education on issues relative to military education and training. The creation of this Command meant the concentration and centralisation of functions hitherto scattered, thereby facilitating the coordination of efforts and making it possible to take full advantage of all the human and material resources available to the Army.
This website will help you learn about the ins-and-outs of this Command, but it can never be an adequate reflection of the altruism, self-sacrifice and commitment to serve which drive this Unit and will ensure its success in future endeavours.
