Within the Brigade 2035 concept, the Combat Brigade has two Tactical Command Posts of identical capabilities that alternate in the conduct of operations and a Rear Support Command Post for backup and monitoring.

Official visit of the Chief of Staff of the Army to the United States

Outstanding performance of the Spanish Army in the Swift Response 2024 Exercise.

The Spanish Army successfully concludes its participation in the Swift Response 24 exercise, which is part of the series of exercises Steadfast Defender 24, with the completion of the withdrawal of the participating units scheduled for May 24th.

The I/1 CBRN Battalion is trained in chemical and radiological reconnaissance

The CBRN Defense Battalion I/1 carried out the exercise "Bernardo de Gálvez 24," in the Training Center (CENAD) "Chinchilla," in Albacete. During the exercise it continued to experiment with a multifunctional operational organization, combining in units of section and company entity, CBRN reconnaissance and decontamination capabilities.

The Army begins its deployment to Poland for the 'Steadfast Defender' exercise

On April 12th, the Army began its deployment to Poland, where it is participating, between April and May, in the Saber Strike and Switf Response exercises, of the Steadfast Defender series, the most important NATO exercise in European territory, in which more than 20 member countries and partners of the Atlantic Alliance are going to participate.
