Introduction

Anti-Aircraft Artillery Command Headquarters welcomes you to their website. Here you will learn about the daily work of all the members of this Unit.

Anti-Aircraft Artillery Command brings together a number of units, essentially from artillery, under a sole command. They are created, trained and equipped to contribute to airspace control and aerial defence in our country, either within a joint or a joint-combined framework. They strengthen other bodies when necessary, as per the Joint Doctrine and the Specific Land Doctrine.

The Command is composed of Headquarters and a number of anti-aircraft artillery and combat support units:

  • Anti-Aircraft Artillery Command Headquarters in Madrid.
  • 71st Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment in Madrid.
  • 73rd Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment in Cartagena (Murcia).
  • 74th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment in San Roque (Cádiz) and at Base El Copero in Dos Hermanas (Seville).
  • 81st Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment in Marines (Valencia).
  • Signals Units in Madrid and at Base El Copero in Dos Hermanas (Seville).
