The Commander of the Eurocorps visits the Army Headquarters

The Chief of Staff of the Army greets the COMEC

The Commander of the Eurocorps (COMEC), Lieutenant General Piotr Blazeusz, visited the Buenavista Palace, headquarters of the Army General Staff, on March 19th, where he was received by the Chief of Staff of the Army, General of the Army Amador Enseñat.

After the official greetings, Lieutenant General Blazeusz signed the Book of Honor and then held a brief meeting with the Chief of Staff of the Army and the Deputy Chief of the Army Staff, Lieutenant General Alejandro Escámez.

Subsequently, the COMEC presided over the ceremony for the presentation of the Polish Army Gold Medal to Spanish Colonel Alberto Gude Menéndez, who served as "Director of Staff" in the Eurocorps, in recognition of his outstanding work.

After the ceremony, Lieutenant General Alejandro Escámez presided over a working meeting in which members of the Army General Staff gave a presentation to Lieutenant General Blazeusz and the Eurocorps delegation on topics of interest, including ongoing operations and Force 35.
