Marta: I didn't know you could see old cars in the Museum.
David: The Museum has cars, motorcycles, tanks and even a helicopter, from which we can learn about the history of Spain and the Army.
Marta: Cars like this?
David: It says here that this is the first automobile the Army had. It's a Peugeot and is one of the oldest models of car, because it was made in 1898. That’s more than 120 years ago!
Marta: Is that why it looks like a horse-drawn carriage?
David: I expect so. And since it's one of the oldest cars, the Army used it for learning how to drive and to repair the motor cars that were coming into use at the time.
