FIELD ARTILLERY COMMAND UNITS EXERCISE AT “EL TELENO” TRAINING CENTRE AND FIRING RANGE

The II Integrated Field Artillery System –which constitutes the upgraded version of 155/52 mm howitzers-, along with M-109s and Arthur radar, were the main material assets that the Field artillery Command deployed, from 22nd to 26th November, at the "El Teleno" training centre and firing range in León.

This was in the context of exercise “Advanced Support 10", which served to carry out the formal external evaluation of the Artillery units that are going to remain at readiness to respond to the international commitments acquired by Spain within the multinational defence and response structures framework to face crisis situations.

In all over 850 servicepersons participated, among them officers, non-commissioned officers and troop personnel, who were from various Artillery units within the Field Artillery Command.
