The Institute of Military History and Culture (IHCM) has organized the 13th Informational Cycle on the History of Weaponry, which will take place from February 5th to 27th at the IHCM headquarters (Paseo de Moret No. 3, Madrid).

Over the course of 14 sessions, through lectures delivered by experts in the field, attendees will explore the various types of weaponry used throughout history and their evolution—from the earliest edged weapons to the emergence of firearms and percussion systems, as well as the different wheeled systems and explosives used in heavy artillery.

As part of the cycle, on February 14 and 21, visits of interest will be made to units and institutions related to the theme. Additionally, on February 10 and 24, there will be two demonstrations: one showcasing weaponry used in ancient Rome and another featuring historical fencing, respectively.
