The Army Internet Website is Modernised

A new design and structure has just debuted for the Spanish Army’s Internet institutional website, http://www.ejercito.mde.es. The fruit of three months’ work is evident from the first click: a modern, attractive usable page that has adopted the required accessibility criteria for the websites of Government offices and agencies.
The most visible change has been the style, in order to make it more similar to the Army’s corporative intranet; in fact the news items have been organised into the same sections (Latest News, Boletín Tierra Reports and Agenda).
As well, the graphic nature of the home page has been boosted. Working in the development of the project have been the Army Communication Internet office, personnel from CCEA, the Corporative Centre for Exploitation and Support, and the civilian firm SATEC (Advanced Systems of Technology).
